Personal protection equipment charity’s investigation exposes current shortages in UK PPE provision
Shortages of Personal Protection Equipment are still highly prevalent in UK health settings and many staff continue to feel unsafe in their workplaces, an investigation by Dominic Mohan Media and charity Mask Our Heroes has discovered.
Ongoing examples of a lack of PPE can be revealed but many workers feel afraid to speak out about the issue after being threatened with reprisals from their employers.
The dossier appears to cast doubt over official government claims that PPE supply is no longer a problem in Britain’s healthcare system or that staff should be encouraged to report concerns.
